This product is suitable for AC rated voltage 450 / 750V and 450 / 750V or less, as the control wiring between electrical equipment ,it can monitor and protect the loop line and other occasions. Control cable: for residential and commercial construction and industrial power control facilities on the circuit with a cable signal. Automatic control cable: Room for residential and commercial use of the building, industrial, security, facilities, equipment to communicate control signals, but also to prevent interference between the core and external noise.

In addition, cross-linked polyethylene insulated control cable also has the following 8 major advantages:
1. XLPE almost completely maintained the inherent high electrical performance of polyethylene .It is high breakdown strength, insulation resistance, dielectric constant small, low dielectric loss.
2. cross-linked polyethylene,low density, cable without metal sheath, therefore light weight in per unit length of cable and laying convenient.
3. cross-linked polyethylene has a high heat resistance and anti-aging properties, low dielectric loss, long-term allowable working temperature 90℃, therefore, it can greatly improve the transmission capacity.
4. appropriate vertical, high drop and vibration place laying.
5. good chemical resistance.
6. the cable has good insulation properties, waterproof, corrosion resistance, pressure characteristics.
7. the use of flame retardant materials, improved fire-retardant properties of the cable, reducing the concentration of smoke and harmful combustion gases escape, improve the safety and reliability of the cable.
8. shielded control cable has a small dielectric loss. Strong ability to transmit signals. Anti-jamming performance and other good features, can be reliably transmitted weak analog signal.
Conditions of Use:
(1) long-term working temperature of cable conductor is 90℃, short (the longest duration of no more than 5S) conductor temperature does not exceed 250 ℃.
(2) When laying the cable,the temperature is not than 0℃.
(3) laying installation cable of bend radius : non-armored cable should not be less than 8 times cable diameter; armored cable or copper shielding structure, not less than 12 times cable diameter.
